This high-impact team retreat is a focused strategy and alignment experience that builds leadership capacity to steward team and workplace culture intentionally — paving the way for longer-term, systemic change. It provides diagnostic and design knowledge to unify your leadership team around a shared understanding of workplace culture, generating early wins through measurable, short-term actions.
The 2-day, in-person retreat begins with a welcome dinner the evening before, giving your team time to arrive and connect before diving in. Day One unpacks assessment results and introduces the Six Dimensions Framework; Day Two moves into strategy, alignment, and a 90-day action plan. It also includes an optional discussion on where AI intersects with workplace culture.
