Bespoke Culture Design

Don’t see exactly what you need? Let’s create it together. Your workplace is unique.

Your culture work can be, too.

About This Program

Our five programs offer proven pathways for building a healthy workplace culture. But they’re not meant to be one-size-fits-all. If none of our programs is quite the right fit, you need something different – or something that better fits your priorities, context or budget – let’s talk.

Our entire body of knowledge has been shaped through years of working with clients to design learning, leadership and culture experiences around their specific challenges and opportunities. We can combine and adapt elements of our five core programs – or create something entirely different – to meet you where you are.

Whether you need a focused intervention, a customized leadership experience, a team journey, or a longer-term culture transformation, we’ll work with you to design an approach that fits your people, your context and your goals.

We can adapt, combine or create. You bring the challenge. We bring the frameworks, science, tools and experience. Together, we design what’s right for you.

4 Program Strengths

1. Evidence-informed and human-centred

Draws on brain and behavioural science, systems thinking and Worldview Intelligence to connect how people think, behave, relate and work together.

2. Practical and action-oriented

Moves beyond awareness and conversation into practical tools, behaviors and strategies that leaders and teams can apply immediately.

3. Flexible pathways for different needs

Five program formats – from a one-day foundation to an 18-month transformation – allow organizations to choose the depth, pace and level of support that fits their circumstances.

4. Built for lasting culture change

Focuses not on quick fixes or isolated training, but on the conditions, relationships, practices and leadership behaviours that shape culture over time.

2 Unique Features

1. Worldview Intelligence + the Six Dimensions Framework

Rather than treating workplace culture simply as behaviours or values, your approach explores the deeper worldviews that influence how people understand reality, history, future, values, practices and knowledge – and how those different perspectives affect trust, communication, decisions and collaboration.

2. The Healthy Workplace Culture 5-Component Framework

Your programs provide a holistic culture lens spanning Worldview & Team Leadership; Psychological Safety & Belonging; Communication & Transparency; Employee & Stakeholder Engagement; and Identifying & Tracking Metrics. This creates a practical bridge between the deeper work of shifting perspectives and the tangible systems and practices that sustain a healthy culture.
