About This Program
Even a single day can shift the conversation. Foundations is the entry point into the Healthy Workplace Culture program suite — a single-day experience that introduces your team to the Worldview Intelligence framework and begins building a shared language for culture, collaboration, and conflict.
This session is designed to be high-impact and immediately applicable. Rather than abstract theory, participants work with real organizational scenarios and leave with a concrete understanding of what healthy workplace culture looks like in practice — and a clear sense of where they are on the journey.
Foundations works as a standalone experience or as the first step in a longer engagement. It's an ideal starting point for organizations exploring culture work for the first time, or for teams that want a shared reference point before going deeper.
